pasadena marathon

so it's been pretty tough training for this weekend's marathon. Not only am i too tired after work to go on some weekly runs, i feel guilty for not spending enough time with Nolan. It's a part of parenthood, sacrificing my needs for those of my son and family. It reminds me of how Jesus sacrificed his life so that ours could be saved.

im trying to put together a playlist on itunes for my run. im sure i wont go through all of it, but i'd like to have a bunch of songs that i like to choose from.
